Shipping Policy

At Ramon Valy, we aim to make delivery clear and reliable for every order. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long processing may take, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking, and what to do if you experience a delivery issue.

Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within Belgium. If shipping to additional countries becomes available, the eligible destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, and selected shipping service. Any free shipping offer or promotional shipping rate, if available, will also be shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Central European Time (Brussels). Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling time is usually 0 to 1 business day after payment is confirmed. During sales periods, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time
For deliveries within Belgium, standard transit time is generally 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped using established delivery partners such as bpost, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service available for the order. The carrier used may vary and will be confirmed in your shipping email when applicable.

Available delivery options may include home delivery and, where offered, pickup point or locker delivery. The options shown at checkout depend on the shipping address and service availability.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where tracking is available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We may be able to update the address before the order is dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the next steps.

Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly and keep the packaging and item condition documented with photos. If tracking has stopped updating for longer than expected, or if your parcel appears to be missing, contact us so we can review the shipment and assist further.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because it was unclaimed, we may issue a refund minus any non-refundable shipping charges once the parcel is returned to us. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

International Orders
If international shipping becomes available, delivery times, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and destination restrictions may vary by country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
