Return & Refund Policy

At Ramon Valy, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website and delivered within Belgium.

14-Day Return Window
If you purchase from our website, you may request a return within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. This return period applies in line with the consumer withdrawal period generally available for online purchases in the EU.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and with all original packaging included where applicable.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We may refuse returns for items that are not in their original condition, have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or are missing tags or original packaging. Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at contact@ramonvaly.com or by phone at +32 475 97 12 73. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include photos so we can review the issue quickly.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact or approval may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the product, return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless we state otherwise. If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges may be offered where stock is available. If an exchange is not possible, you may return the item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate. Under EU consumer rules, goods that are faulty or not as described may entitle the customer to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

If the full order is canceled within the withdrawal period and the return meets the legal conditions, the refund may include the standard delivery cost originally paid, while any additional delivery charges for premium or non-standard shipping options may not be refundable.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, the normal return process described in this policy will apply.

Returned Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
Customers should package returned items securely and keep proof of shipment. If a returned parcel is lost or damaged during return transit, it may affect our ability to process the refund, depending on the circumstances and the shipping method used.
